    Deputy Manager -Commercial and Strategy Position Purpose:
  • To develop and support the implementation of ADM India's strategic growth plans
  • Work with Regional Communications for India related communication strategy both for internal and external audience
  • Oversee the identification and implementation of ADM Cares and ADM India's CSR activities in India
    • Principle Accountabilities :
  • Strategic Planning – support strategic planning for India business. Will involve analyzing mkt trends , competitive landscape and internal capabilities to identify opportunities and threats and develop actionable strategies to achieve the organization's goals. work closely with senior leadership to ensure that strategic initiatives are in line with the overall direction of the company.
  • Decision Support - provide decision support to senior leadership by conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting insights to inform strategic decision-making. Also help leaders understand the implications of different strategic options and make informed choices.
  • Monitoring : Track the performance of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress towards strategic goals. Identify areas needing improvement, and recommend adjustments to strategies as necessary.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to ensure alignment and coordination in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Communication : Act as corporate communications correspondent for India and work with regional communications team. Goal is to promote India content through internal and external channels. In addition to this support ADM's CSR activities through ADM Cares and ADM India Local CSR.

  • Experience : 2- 3 Yrs
  • Education : Preferably MBA but graduate with strong skills / good college may work
  • Strong analytical skills / spreadsheet /excel skills
  • Experience of working with multiple teams/stake holders
