    LPA :
    20-22.


    Must haves :

    • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master.
    • Ability to manage Jira board and workflows of data engineering team in agile environment.
    • Strong Jira experience.
    • Solid understanding of AWS technologies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Life Sciences domain experience.

    Plusses :

    • Knowledge of architectural patterns with databases, lakehouses, etc.
    • Knowledge of how Databricks works.

    Day-to-Day :

    • Insight Global is hiring a Business Analyst/Scrum Master for one if its top clients in the life sciences industry.
    • This is a fully remote role based in India and will be supporting a R&D platform within the organizations data analytics team.
    • The BA/ScrumMaster will work with business/data science stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, write user stories, acceptance criteria, allocate resources and manage Jira board.
    • The ideal candidate has knowledge have data architecture processes in AWS environment and has strong written and verbal communication skills
