    Description
    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of company initiatives. This role requires strong management skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving organisational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    Content uploads and handling Learning Management system to manage content andother resources with various parties like - teachers, students and parents, course allocation, creating user ID and handling daily feedback.

    Scheduling of classes and class management.


    Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvement across all departments and implement solutions to streamline workflows

    Quality Assurance:
    Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure consistently high standards across all services

    Vendor Management:
    Manage relationships with external B to B clients/ vendors and to ensure timely delivery of services

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer support, parents, teachers and students to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts

    Data Analysis:
    Utilise data analytics tools to gather insights and inform decision-making processes, driving data-driven improvements across the organisation.
