Gurgaon. The SalesManager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the
acquisition of newclients and the retention and expansion of existing accounts. Thisrole

KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and execute astrategic sales plan to achieve monthly quarterly and

promotional materialsto support sales efforts.
Provide regular salesforecasts pipeline updates and performance reports to
seniormanagement.
Stay informed aboutindustry trends competitor activities and market dynamics
to identifyopportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
Proven track record ofsuccess in B2B sales preferably within the coworking real
estate or hospitalityindustries.
Strongnegotiation persuasion and closing skills with the ability toovercome
objections andbuild consensus.
Excellent communicationand presentation skills both written andverbal.
Selfmotivated andgoaloriented with a passion for exceeding targets and
driving businessresults.
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpaced
entrepreneurialenvironment.
Proficiency in CRMsoftware (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
Suite.
PreferredQualifications:
Prior experience in asales leadership or management role.
Familiarity withGurgaons commercial real estate market and key industry
players.
Knowledge of coworkingspace operations amenities and membershipmodels.
