    PositionOverview:

    We are seeking adynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our team in

    Gurgaon. The SalesManager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the

    acquisition of newclients and the retention and expansion of existing accounts. Thisrole

    requires aproactive approach to sales excellent communication skills and adeep

    understanding ofthe coworking industry and its clientele.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Develop and execute astrategic sales plan to achieve monthly quarterly and

    annual revenuetargets.

    Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities through outbound prospecting

    networking and leadgeneration activities.

    Build and maintainstrong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers

    in targetindustries.

    Conduct thorough needsassessments and present tailored solutions to

    prospects showcasingthe benefits of our coworking spaces andservices.

    Negotiate pricing termsand contracts to close deals in a timely manner while

    maximizingprofitability.

    Collaborate with themarketing team to develop targeted campaigns and

    promotional materialsto support sales efforts.

    Provide regular salesforecasts pipeline updates and performance reports to

    seniormanagement.

    Stay informed aboutindustry trends competitor activities and market dynamics

    to identifyopportunities for growth and innovation.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.

    Proven track record ofsuccess in B2B sales preferably within the coworking real

    estate or hospitalityindustries.

    Strongnegotiation persuasion and closing skills with the ability toovercome

    objections andbuild consensus.

    Excellent communicationand presentation skills both written andverbal.

    Selfmotivated andgoaloriented with a passion for exceeding targets and

    driving businessresults.

    Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpaced

    entrepreneurialenvironment.

    Proficiency in CRMsoftware (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office

    Suite.

    PreferredQualifications:

    Prior experience in asales leadership or management role.

    Familiarity withGurgaons commercial real estate market and key industry

    players.

    Knowledge of coworkingspace operations amenities and membershipmodels.
