    • Leading as One Team: Leading a team of salesprofessionals and system sales experts providing guidancemotivation and training to ensure effective sales performance andcustomer engagement.
    • Market Analytics:Conducting thorough market analysis to identify potential customersmarket trends and emerging opportunities. Utilizing thisinformation to refine sales approaches and target keyaccounts.
    • Customer Relationship Management:Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with regionalcustomers understanding their requirements addressing concerns andproviding customized solutions to meet their needs.
    • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Developing salesforecasts and plans to achieve revenue targets. This involvesanalyzing sales data tracking progress and adjusting strategies asnecessary to ensure sales goals are met.
    • Product Knowledge and Positioning: Ensuring a deepunderstanding of the technological systems offered by the companytheir features benefits and applications. Effectively positioningthese products to highlight their value proposition and competitiveadvantages.
    • Collaboration with CrossFunctionalTeams: Collaborating with other departments such as marketingengineering project management and customer support to ensurealignment in messaging product positioning and customersatisfaction initiatives.
    • Compliance and RiskManagement: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatoryrequirements related to sales activities. Managing risks associatedwith sales contracts negotiations and customerrelationships.
