    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Knowledge of B2B sales processes
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Proficient in using CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
    • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
    • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
