    Description

    Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Company: Gravity Infosolutions

    Location: Noida

    Experience range: 10-15years

    Position Type: Part-time

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing budgets, monitoring cash flow, optimizing capital structure, and ensuring effective utilization of financial resources to enhance profitability and drive growth.
    • Financial planning and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions.
    • Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same
    • Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows

    Required skills and qualifications

    • 10-15 years of experience in executive leadership roles
    • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
    • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
