    Responsibilities

    • Business:
      • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth processes for the team's services
      • Establish strong partnerships aligned with business objectives
      • Optimize team talent and capacity to support business goals
      • Promote high team morale and engagement
      • Collaborate with regional CRMs to align goals with business priorities
    • CSS:
      • Support operational activities and optimization
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
      • Collaborate with global and regional teams for process migration and digitalization initiatives
      • Develop core metrics for team and finance support

    Required Education and Experience

    - Bachelor's degree required

    - Experience in finance/accounting processes

    - Experience managing international teams

    - Familiarity with Shared Services
