    Description

    OVERVIEWThe Team Lead will be responsible for providing daily support to project managers and assistant project managers with utmost care of quality and timeliness of document review projects.

    Responsible for implementing project workflows and reporting daily progress of the review to the managers. Partner with team to build strong relationships and solves day to day subject matter related team queries. Identifies potential project problem areas and share proposed solutions to those problems before and as they arrive.

    DESCRIPTIONPerforming first line review and quality checks for relevance and privilege on document review projects for high-profile clients and complex casesAssist in creating, implementing and improving project workflows and quality control techniquesManage changes in work scope and provide continuous guidance and regular feedback to the team membersAbility to grasp complex subject matters and open to work on multiple projectsProficiency in drafting document specific and general queries in order to obtain client/counsel's guidanceServe as a liaison between the project team and the project managers during the life cycle of a projectDevelop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of actionEnsure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are metBalance workload of team to maximize profitability while maintaining qualityAbility to develop and run advanced searches and search term reportsCreate and maintain quality control trackersFocus on accuracy and first time right approach to avoid any reworkInvolve in internal communication to improve the department level processesAbility to handle Relativity and other document review platformsPerform other special tasks or duties when required


    REQUIRED SKILLSKnowledge of MS Office applications requiredAvailable to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as neededAvailable by phone or email when out of the office as neededAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to multitask and prioritize the tasks based upon importance and deadlineTeam player and helps in creating positive team environment.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelors of Law (LL.B)Deep knowledge of eDiscovery and Document Review ProjectsMinimum 4+ years of eDiscovery experienceGood oral and written communicationExperience with Relativity is a must; Relativity certification is a plus
