Description
As the Sales & Marketing Head for a Reputed University, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive student enrollment and revenue growth.
You will lead a team of marketing professionals to create innovative campaigns, manage brand presence, and cultivate relationships with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the education sector.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the university's objectives and target audience
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Brand Management:
Manage and enhance the university's brand image through effective marketing communications, advertising campaigns, and digital presence
Enrollment Growth:
Drive student enrollment by implementing targeted marketing campaigns, promotional events, and recruitment initiatives
Market Research:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the higher education sector
Partnership Development:
Establish and nurture partnerships with high schools, educational agencies, and other relevant organizations to expand the university's reach and visibility
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions
Admissions Support:
Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process and provide support in converting leads into enrolled students
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business AdministrationMinimum 15yrs of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the higher education sector.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
