- Manage the endtoend process of selling luxury properties, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with highnetworth clients.
- Conduct property site visits and showcase luxury properties to potential buyers.
- Attend networking events and engage in activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide personalized assistance to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a premium and luxurious experience for clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition within the luxury real estate segment.
- Provide insights to the management team to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers to secure successful deals.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork and Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Proven track record of successfully selling highend properties.

- Indepth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the luxury segment.
