    Position Title: SAP BasisTeam LeadDepartment:SAP TeamLocation: Vashi NaviMumbaiReports To:SAP BasisManager
    OverallJob Purpose: We are looking for a highly motivatedand experienced SAP Basis Team Lead to join our team. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Basis and will beable to lead and manage a team of SAP Basis consultants. The teamlead will be responsible for the overall success of the SAP Basisteam including planning organising and executingprojects.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage ateam of SAP Basis consultants
    • Plan and organizeprojects
    • Execute projects on time and withinbudget
    • Work with stakeholders to gatherrequirements
    • Communicate with stakeholdersthroughout the development process
    • Ensure thequality of the code
    • Stay uptodate on the latestSAP technologies
    • Hire and train new SAP Basisconsultants
    • Manage the User AuthorizationRoles
    • Manage different Security Auditreports
    • Monitor BackgroundJobs
    • Work with ControlM Tool for background JobManagement
    • Monitor differentInterfaces
    • Goods hands on Rebooting SAP ServersCyber Security
    • Implementing new released notesby SAP SAP User License Management
    • Manage theWorkforce with an effective and efficient workculture.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in computerscience information technology or a relatedfield
    • 8 years of experience in SAPBasis
    • Deep understanding of SAP concepts andterminology
    • Ability to read and write complexSAP scripts
    • Ability to troubleshoot complexSAP problems
    • Ability to manage and maintainlarge and complex SAP systems
    • Ability to workwith a variety of SAP technologies
    • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to lead and motivate others
    • Experiencewith SAP applications such as SAP ERP or SAPS/4HANA
    • Experience with SAP tools andtechnologies such as SAP Solution Manager or SAPNetWeaver
    • Experience with working in aconsulting environment
    • Experience withmentoring and training junior SAP Basisconsultants
