    HNI- Relationship Manager - chennai, India - Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting

    About client :

    A leading NBFC

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Managing HNI clients within the mapped base and being a single point of contact for any support or service requirements. Responsible in providing quality services and satisfaction to the clients in problem solving.

    · Updating day to day activities in sales CRM and VRM

    · Tracking cash inflows and outflows from mapped client's book on daily basis.

    · Portfolio management is also a part of service relationship management

    · Focus on business development across liabilities, assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved client stickiness.

    · Achievement of product-wise targets and cross selling products as per the demographic, lifestyle and risk profiling.

    · Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI Clients for increasing customer base of the portfolio Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients and showcase investment products as per the Client risk profile Ensuring client contact ability at all times through updates of latest contact details in all necessary systems.

    Candidate Description:

    2-7 yrs of experience
