    Job Description:

    • Consulting customers via telephone at every stage of the B2C process
    • Creating tailored solutions based on customer requirements
    • Acting as the liaison between customers and our partner providers
    • Offering expertise and detailed guidance on hearing loss and hearing aids
    • Assessing the customer's level of hearing impairment and financial constraints to recommend the most suitable hearing aid and facilitate the purchase process
