    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements and objectives.
    • Coordinate with tech teams as needed to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems and applications.
    • Document system configurations, customizations, and business processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
    • Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive continuous innovation and value for our business.
    • Perform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
    • Develop comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD) & Business Requirement Documents (BRD) detailing system requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
    • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders both in business and IT
    • Administer and monitor the Sales-IT Services in Dynamics 365 CRM

    Requirements

    • Completed university degree and 3 - 4 years of substantial professional experience.
    • Mapping functional system requirements to Dynamics CRM capabilities and design appropriate solutions.
    • Proficient in creating comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
    • Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
    • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Proficiency in functional areas such as financial management, supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing, and project accounting.
