Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT consulting and services, as well as a strong understanding of the ZoomInfo platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Utilize ZoomInfo to identify and target potential clients
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate and close deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in IT consulting and services
Proven track record of success in business development
Strong understanding of the ZoomInfo platform
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
