    Description

    We are looking for a Financial Analyst that will have responsibility for supporting Inkjet BU

    Job Description:

    This person will engage in and provide financial support for all aspects of the BU P&L and Opex management for our worldwide organization. In this role, you will:

    • Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close process, including, reporting, forecasting and accruals.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly expense and headcount reporting packages.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly P&L reporting presentation packages.
    • Partner with sales, engineering and marketing and others to resolve all financial issues.
    • Help drive the monthly BU forecast and weekly sales forecast process for Inkjet BU P&L.
    • Loading forecast data into the financial system.
    • Help drive the Sales & Marketing P&L.
    • Perform financial analysis on the budget vs. actual variances at all levels of the P&L. Consolidate summary and commentary on key findings.
    • Provide recommendations for cost saving opportunities.
    • Heavy engagement in the annual planning process.

    Job Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
    • BA/BS in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
    • Proven experience of finance and accounting experience preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to handle large amounts data required.
    • Organized, accurate and detail oriented.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not essential.
    • SAP, Power BI and BPC/Hyperion experience are highly desirable.
    • Individual must be highly motivated and able to work with tight deadlines.
    • Curious, keen eye for details, resourceful and able to investigate further by his/her own
    • Interest for on-going improvement and proactive attitude and able to take initiatives
    • Ability to multi-tasks and work with tight timelines.
    • Fluent in English is required.
    • Hybrid work arrangement.
