    Description

    Job Summary:

    The primary purpose of this role will be to deliver insightful and timely financial analysis and reporting for the US Home Improvement Business Unit. This high-profile role will collaborate across Finance and other functional teams (i.e. Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store Ops, etc.) to communicate the drivers of enterprise-wide financial performance and effectively influence future decisions on actions to meet financial objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver insightful financial reports, dashboards and analyses for executive leadership
    • Management and Automation of processes and reporting across Finance in support of business process review, monthly forecast, annual planning, Board of Director meetings and Earnings Call preparation
    • Understand and maintain existing financial models used to review financials and perform variance analyses
    • Drive process improvement initiatives such as reporting automation and evolution, and integrated forecasting and planning
    • Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date expertise in subject area; leveraging an understanding of policies, data, and resources to support projects or initiatives; collaborating cross-functionally to solve business problems; identifying, recommending, and implementing ways to address improvement opportunities

    Core Responsibilities:

    Years of Experience:

    2 – 3 years' experience in FP&A or Financial analysis

    Primary Skills (must have)

    • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
    • 2 – 3 years' experience in FP&A or Finance
    • Experience with analytic modelling; good to have Power BI or Tableau & SQL
    • Proficient with MS Excel (advance formulas, dashboard and macros)
