    JD- IT Sales & Business Development
    Direct Walk-In for IT Sales & Business Development in Lucknow Location


    Generates IT (information technology) services and business, develops relationships with new clients, makes sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge IT services, and establishes and meets sales goals.

    Job Duties:

    BD and Sales from all the channels, field visits, social media, search engine, references etc.
    Develops and expands a portfolio of Government clients by networking and marketing.
    Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages.
    Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients.
    Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients.
    Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals.
    Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance.
    Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products.
    Developing new business through networking and cold calling.
    Arranging business meetings and following up leads.
    Understanding customers specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
    Writing and designing sales literature.
    Developing effective sales plans utilising sales methodology.
    Frequent Travelling will be involved involved depending on the remit of the company.

    Responsibilities:


    Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes and then documenting them.

    Lead Generation through cold-calling in order to create interest in IT services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings preferably with Government clients.

    Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
    Competent enough to handle Tendering of IT Projects specific with e-Governance domain.
    Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology.
    Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
    Actively Participation in achieving IT services Target work through multiple platforms by writing proposals, reports.
    Managing workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals.
    Execution of sales development activities to achieve the quarterly and annual targets.
    Work along with solutions team to create optimized solution.
