    Position Overview:

    As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives. You will be responsible for meeting and converting assigned leads, pitching our offerings to potential customers, and delivering on weekly and monthly sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively converting assigned leads.

    Present Rupeek's offerings to potential customers in a manner that invokes trust and credibility.

    Communicate fluently in the local language and possess basic English proficiency.

    Leverage your 2-5 years of B2C field sales experience in industries such as Telecom, FMCG, Financial products, or High Value, Low Volume products.

    Utilize excellent communication skills to connect with customers in the local language while maintaining basic English proficiency.

    Desired Skills & Abilities:

    Proven B2C field sales experience of 2-5 years in Telecom, FMCG, Financial products, or related domains.

    Excellent communication skills in the local language (with basic English proficiency).

    Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and create a trustworthy persona.

    Graduate with a customer-centric approach and a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Shift Timing:

    Work a 5-day week on day shift.

    Salary & Benefits:

    Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹35,000.
