    Any Engineering/ Computers degree


    Roles and Responsibilities :

    • Scrum Facilitation : Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
    • JIRA Configuration and Administration : Configure and customize JIRA workflows, boards, and dashboards to support Agile development processes and team collaboration. Ensure proper administration of user permissions and project settings.
    • Advanced Road Map Utilization : Utilize Advanced Road Map in JIRA to create and manage longterm product roadmaps, aligning them with business objectives and stakeholder priorities. Track progress and dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
    • Team Coaching and Support : Coach and mentor Agile teams on best practices, Agile principles, and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
    • Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the development team, product owners, stakeholders, and other crossfunctional teams. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to ensure alignment and transparency.
    • Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks and impediments that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and within scope. Proactively address issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
