    As a Business Head at SmartQ you will be spearheading the development of new business, setting the course for other business verticals to follow, executing high-level business strategies, and championing the pursuit of organizational excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in defining and realizing our global aspirations, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring our position as a leader in the industry.

    Key roles and responsibilities

    • Craft and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company's overarching goals, fostering exponential growth within the competitive F&B industry.
    • Identify emerging market opportunities, scrutinize evolving market trends, and execute highly effective strategies to maintain a strategic edge over competitors.
    • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations within the F&B business unit, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of all departments.
    • Innovate and refine operational processes to boost productivity, cut operational costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Formulate, oversee, and fine-tune budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L statements to attain revenue and profitability targets.
    • Nurture and lead a dynamic team of professionals, offering them guidance, mentorship, and unwavering support to ensure their personal and collective success.
    • Cultivate a positive workplace culture that champions teamwork, innovation, and a customer-centric ethos.
    • Identify promising areas for expansion and growth, both within existing markets and untapped territories. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to fashion robust business development strategies that will invigorate revenue growth.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, or a related field.
    • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
    • In-depth industry knowledge and market understanding.
    • One start up experience is preferable.
    • Proven 10 + years of experience as a Business Manager or relevant role.
