    Designation: Asst. Executive - HR / Executive HR

    Grade: Consultant

    Experience: 2-4 Yrs

    Location: Charkop, Kandivali (W), Mumbai

    Work Type: Work from office - 5 days

    Job Type: Contract on SMS Corp Payroll

    Reports to: Lead HR

    Job Summary:

    This role will encompass both IT and Non-IT Recruitment, Stakeholder Management and Basic Reporting on excel. The ideal candidate will be one who is dynamic and has hand on experience with sourcing of profiles from job portals and done coordination for candidates.

    This will be an individual contributor role and will have no support from recruitment vendors.

    Recruitment:

    • Managing PAN India positions which are open in ACG Inspection
    • Sourcing of relevant profiles for Both IT and Non-IT skills from different portals
    • Managing candidates from internal reference
    • Screening the candidates and sharing with respective Hiring Mangers for review
    • Post review scheduling the right candidates for different levels of interview
    • Collecting feedbacks and sharing the same with the candidates
    • Documentation for final selected candidates

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Periodic connect with internal stakeholders
    • Connect with hiring managers for new requirements
    • Highlight challenges with any position with respective Hiring Managers

    Reporting:

    • Maintain reports for talent pipeline
    • Maintain reports for onboarding
    • Sharing required reports with respective stakeholder

    Prerequisites:

    • 2+ Years of experience in Recruitment
    • Graduation in related filed is minimum requirement
    • Post Graduation in relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
    • Good Communication skills
    • Has worked on 3-5 requirements in a day
