    Job Title: Senior Cash flow Analyst

    Job summary:

    The Cashflow Analyst is responsible for analysing, documenting, configuring and maintaining the actual and forecast cashflows across all relevant Treasury/Finance systems for the Dentsu Group, globally, for the benefit of the group.

    Job Description:

    Key responsibilities:

    • Support the in-country deployment of Cashflow Forecasts, Bank Transaction Journals, and CashPooling Structures across Dentsu to the following KPIs:

    -On time delivery

    -To the correct quality specification

    -Aligned to the global model

    -Within Budget

    • Analyse Bank Statement data and draft new cash flow rules to categorise actual transactions across all transaction types, ensuring accuracy and completeness of actual cash flows.
    • Analyse forecast data to ensure accuracy and completeness of forecast cash flows.
    • Analyse Working Capital Statistics to ensure accuracy and help identify business improvements via the Working Capital Dashboard reporting.
    • Analyse camt bank statement data to support the statement migration project.
    • Configure and unit test cash flow rules in the Coupa Treasury system.
    • Provide Treasury system and business process support to Coupa Treasury global rollouts with specific relevance to cash flow forecasting, cash management, cash applications, and bank reconciliation processes.
    • Work with the Treasury Project Management to assist with the integration of planning data from all relevant Dentsu local market systems (e.g. media systems, ERPs, other finance systems, etc).
    • Ready test environments for each relevant market in readiness for E2E and UAT testing and provide testing support.
    • Provide support to testers and Finance Transformation teams during testing, to help close/solve outstanding VSTS cases.
    • Attend regular project meetings with Treasury Project Management and local project resources, to ensure adherence to project plans.
    • Update Treasury Management regularly with statuses on actions.

    Professional skills:

    • Educated to Post Graduate/Graduate standard or equivalent.
    • Experience with data modeling or finance data analysis.
    • Experience with Treasury or cashflow analysis is preferred but is not essential.
    • Total exp of 6-9 Years with minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Finance Systems.
    • Knowledge of bank statement data, and invoice data.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, skills to ensure that all project teams are supported through the project delivery lifecycle.
    • Process-led thinking to ensure that business processes can be challenged without conflict and processes can be reviewed and improved.
    • Ability to work without being micro-managed on a daily or weekly basis.
    • Awareness of when to escalate issues and problems to project managers in a timely manner.
    • Has a clear eye for detail.
    • Will not let a challenge drop until it has been resolved.
    • Enjoys being part of a team and is fully engaged to contribute to the team to share knowledge.
