    #RevenueGeneration:


    • Acquire retain and deepen portfolio to maximize sales performanceto achieverevenue targets through wealthmanagement products real estate productsassetrelated products (secured unsecured)and any other products being offered bytheorganization.2.Grow AUM and Sales revenue on a monthonmonthbasis.3. Support Managers in developing andimplementing action plans to achievebusinessobjectives.4.Increase product per customer on a regular basis within currentcustomer base.5. Organize and participate inall promotion activities organized at theorganization.
    #Operational Governance.1. Ensure allprocesses are followed to ensure that there are no operatinglosses/Frauds.2.Accurate and timely processing of customerinstructions3. Ensure adherence to KYCNorms.4. Maintain standards to comply withCompanyAudit.

    • Ensureeffective relationship management by monitoring the movement ofthecustomers and implement a customerretention program. 2. Minimize rejectionsand customer complaints to create a wowexperience.3. Hold periodic customer meetsand branch promotions to generate morebusiness.4. Customer query handling /complaint resolution.5. Specific initiativestaken to improve service and reduce bottlenecks andcustomercomplaint6.Customer visits as per laid down callfrequency.
