    Description

    Position Summary:


    We are in the process of expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resource who brings their existing expertise across the organization.

    What will you do at QI?

    • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and industry events.
    • Handle endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
    • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
    • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
    • Consistently developing and enforcing HR procedures and policies.
    • Handle payroll and other statutory compliances
    • Manage employee performance evaluation and feedback processes
    • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
    • Recommend benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs
    • Conduct training sessions for employees on HRrelated topics and company policies.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
    • Stay uptodate with HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive
    What are we looking for?

    • Preferably an MBA with hands on experience in recruitment, designing organisation structure, and employee development at a corporate level.
    • Excellent communication skills with around 3 to 6 years of experience.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Must have strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Be quick, resourceful, and flexible with work pressure and time
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    We would love to see:


    • Experience in training & development, grievances management, Statutory Complains
    • Experience from Startups is preferred
    • Skills to handle entire gamut of HR Responsibilities
    • How you can motivate employees and keep their morale high by conducting "Employee Engagement" activities" and keep teams together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding, and engaging.
