- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and industry events.
- Handle endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Consistently developing and enforcing HR procedures and policies.
- Handle payroll and other statutory compliances
- Manage employee performance evaluation and feedback processes
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Recommend benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs
- Conduct training sessions for employees on HRrelated topics and company policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate with HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive
- Preferably an MBA with hands on experience in recruitment, designing organisation structure, and employee development at a corporate level.
- Excellent communication skills with around 3 to 6 years of experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must have strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Be quick, resourceful, and flexible with work pressure and time
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in training & development, grievances management, Statutory Complains
- Experience from Startups is preferred
- Skills to handle entire gamut of HR Responsibilities
