- Technical certification such as Bachelor in Electrical /Mechanical engineering

Company is seeking an experienced AGM Facility. This includes a wide range of responsibilities related to managing and overseeing the operations and maintenance of a facility(Technical, soft and all allied services)
The objective of the role
Operational Management: Managing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support services.
Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance activities of the facility, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and promptly address any issues or concerns related to the facility's infrastructure and systems.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in developing and managing the facility's budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Monitor expenses, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and direction to the facility staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Delegate tasks, establish work schedules, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Vendor Management: Coordinate and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the delivery of quality services within budgetary constraints. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Health and Safety: Promote and maintain a safe and healthy working environment by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, develop emergency response protocols, and ensure appropriate training is provided to staff.
Client Service: Foster excellent client service and satisfaction by promptly addressing clients inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience within the facility.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and presentations on facility operations, financial performance, and other relevant metrics. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance, repairs, contracts, and compliance.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiencies. Implement best practices, and recommend and implement changes to enhance the facility's overall effectiveness.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Participate in meetings, committees, and cross-functional projects as required.
