    Description

    Wipro is hiring for Service Desk Analyst role for Pune Hinjewadi location.

    Educational Qualification : Graduation is mandatory

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Candidate should have minimum 1 year of on paper experience as a Service Desk Analyst.
    • Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English.
    • Candidates should have experience into troubleshooting to support service desk tickets for associates.
    • Candidates must have on paper experience and knowledge about networking concepts like DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN and technologies/Active Directory/BSOD/VDI /OS365.
    • Only Graduates are eligible.
    • Flexible and Open to working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts including night shifts and rotating weeks off including holidays.
    • Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
    • Candidates must have good technical skills with basic networking concepts.
    • Candidates have to be immediate joiners.
    • Candidates should be comfortable with work from office.
    • Candidates should be located within 25 kms of boundary from office location.
    • Candidates must have all employment documents (releasing letter, experience letter, offer letter and play slips) from their previous work experience.
    • Candidates should have all their marksheets and certificates.
    • Candidates must have all government ID proofs (AADHAR CARD & PAN CARD)
