Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a full-time role based in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business leads and developing relationships with clients. The role involves representing the company in a positive, professional manner and working closely with our team to identify new opportunities to grow the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience
3 or more years of experience in business development preferably in the events, hospitality, or tourism industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
