    About the role:

    As a Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy and execution for our flagship B2B shipping solution, Epicor Quick Ship. The Product Manager should be a product evangelist, independent thinker, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This influential leader will liaise with cross-functional leaders to deliver a product that prioritizes customer experience, performance, and security. With a focus on business growth, you will provide financial visibility to the leadership team, driving business expansion, increasing revenue, and integrating our solution with ERP platforms. You will also spearhead innovation with AI and stay abreast of the latest software market trends.

    What you will do:

    • Help Epicor create a highly automated and integrated B2B shipping experience for customers to increase efficiency, mitigate supply chain risks, and meet customer expectations.
    • Build a product roadmap and collaborate with product development for quality and timely releases.
    • Define business strategy, support go-to-market plans, product launches, and pricing.
    • Engage in industry webinars, drive customer initiatives, and represent customer voice internally.
    • Drive revenue growth, expand the market, and track success through product metrics.
    • Communicate effectively and collaborate with other key stakeholders.
    • Analyze potential partner relationships for specific products and manage current partner relationships.
    • Mentor other Product Managers, contribute to shaping the culture, implementing best practices, and sharing knowledge within the team.

    What you need to succeed:

    • Overall 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in product management.
    • 3+ years of SaaS experience is a must. Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain is highly desired.
    • Additional expertise in Transportation management would be beneficial.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Passion and ability to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions.
    • Detail-oriented with a growth mindset and strong analytical skills.
    • Proven track record in effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
    • Strategic thinking with prioritization skills to achieve business goals.
    • Accountable, communicative, assertive, enthusiastic, and transparent.
    • Skilled negotiator with knowledge of market and technology trends.
