    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team at OS Mgmt Consulting Services. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales deals in the Ghaziabad, Noida, and Delhi areas. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our business.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good knowledge of the Ghaziabad, Noida, and Delhi areas
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new leads through various sales techniques, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Prospect potential clients and understand their business needs, challenges, and goals
    • Present and demonstrate our services to clients, highlighting the value and benefits
    • Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
    • Keep updated records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
