    Description
    We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional with a proven track record of success in business development.

    The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales, particularly in acquiring MSME & growth stage companies / clients.

    This role requires a proactive lead hunter who can consistently generate high-quality sales leads and effectively qualify Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients.


    • Utilize networking, cold calling, and all kinds of lead generation techniques to establish contact with key decisionmakers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and followup.
    • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company's target market and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the sales and presales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients.
    • Help negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in software / IT / ITES business development and enterprise sales.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on qualified lead generation
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
    • Knowledge or be able to learn CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and approaches.
