    We are looking to hire an AreaSales Manager at various locations in Pan India to expandtheteam in salesand business development.

    Opportunity to join a company thatmanufacturesPlywoodand Furniture for the B2C & B2B marketplace along with afastpaced careerprogression.


    Responsibilities:

    Theideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales activitieswithin the assigned region. AsanArea SalesManager they will lead and manage sales activities within theirdesignatedgeographicarea.
    They will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growthbuilding strongcustomerrelationshipsand expanding market share.

    This position requires a selfmotivatedindividualwithexcellentleadership communication and strategic planning skills who shouldhave expertise inB2Bsales with anexcellent track record of closingsales.
    Candidatesfrom the Plywood Domain or who know Plywood byproducts very wellare theideal
    candidatesor should have worked in the FMCDdomain.Developand execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets andobjectives withintheassignedarea.

    Identify andpursue new business opportunities to expand the retailers andwholesaler baseandincrease marketpenetration.
    Buildand maintain strong relationships with key customers distributorsand partners toensurecustomersatisfaction andloyalty.
    Providesales training coaching and support to the sales team to enhancetheirperformanceandproductivity.
    Prepareand present sales forecasts reports and budgets to managementoutliningsalesperformanceand growthopportunities.
    Travelwithin the assigned area to meet with customers attend industryevents andconductsalesmeetings asneeded.
    Good commandof the regionallanguage.

    Should bea graduate with a proven track record of success in salesmanagement inB2BChannel Salesand Distribution Networking
    Experience:Minimum 2 Years to 6 Years of experience in a similar role
