    JD: Area Sales Manager B2BSales

    WoodQart looking to hire an AreaSales Manager at various locations in Pan India to expand the teamin sales and business development. Opportunity to join a companythat manufactures Plywood and Furniture for the B2C & B2Bmarketplace along with a fastpaced career progression.

    Responsibilities:

    The ideal candidate will beresponsible for driving sales activities within the assignedregion. As an Area Sales Manager they will lead and manage salesactivities within their designated geographic area. They will alsoplay a crucial role in driving revenue growth building strongcustomer relationships and expanding market share. This positionrequires a selfmotivated individual with excellent leadershipcommunication and strategic planning skills who should haveexpertise in B2B sales with an excellent track record of closingsales.

    Candidatesfrom the Plywood Domain or who know Plywood byproducts very wellare the ideal candidates or should have worked in the FMCDdomain.

    Develop and execute strategicsales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within theassigned area. Identify and pursue new business opportunities toexpand the retailers and wholesaler base and increase marketpenetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with keycustomers distributors and partners to ensure customer satisfactionand loyalty. Provide sales training coaching and support to thesales team to enhance their performance and productivity. Prepareand present sales forecasts reports and budgets to managementoutlining sales performance and growth opportunities. Travel withinthe assigned area to meet with customers attend industry events andconduct sales meetings as needed. Good command of the regionallanguage. Should be a graduate with a proven track record ofsuccess in sales management in B2B Channel Sales and DistributionNetworking

    Experience: Minimum 2 Years to 6 Yearsof experience in a similar role.
