    What will you do?

    • We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to oversee our QA team.
    • The QA Lead will be responsible for managing a team of junior testers and interns, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Ed Tech Platform through effective testing strategies and processes.
    • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues, improving our QA processes, and mentoring team Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior QA testers and interns.
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
    • Coordinate with the development and product teams to ensure consistent project execution.
    • Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
    • Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
    • Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to the QA processes and tools.
    What skills do you need ?


    Must Have Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 45 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
    • Handson experience with automated testing tools.
    • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Punctual, meticulous, and reliable.

    Nice to Have Skills:

    • Experience with performance and/or load testing.
    • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
    • Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level.
