    Description
    Qualification – BE Electronics / Electrical

    Working Knowledge of UPS industryKnowledge of product selection to suit customer requirement, application.

    Sufficient knowledge of handling bought out components like ACDB, SCVS and cell booster – should be able to manage complete package.

    Conversant with International standards IEC / DNV etc.
    Should be aware of NTPC and EIL specs and process and compliance.
    Able to do optimized battery sizing – provide calculations and convince customer on same.
    Able to do transformer & other project calculations like heat load, rectifier sizing, cable sizing etc.
    Good communicationAble to handle / lead team size of 8-10 post sales guys.
    Should be able to find out low cost options for bought outs.
    Should have the knowledge of approval process in NTPC & EIL, compliance and testing, Documentation & approval process.
    Should be able to propose proper & cost effective solution.
    Should be able to design and execute projects with various IP rated UPS from the available basket.

    Should able to modify rectifier capacity or drive customization as per the project requirementProfound knowledge of engineering process – design review, component approval, FMEA & MTBF.Should have knowledge in various communication options RS232/RS485/IP, Modbus & Profibus.

    Able to do detail engineering – semi conductor, switch gear component selection. Magnetic design & sheet metal design.
    Should know engineering process – BOM generation, BOM release & review with the cross functional team.
