Description

Position Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Provide remote, telephone, or email support to customers
Visit locations to resolve issues according to company policy
Thoroughly document commissioning procedures
Offer post-visit support when required
Undergo necessary training on Crestron product line
Issue RMAs for underperforming hardware
Coordinate with sales team and conduct POCs if necessary

Building Customer Relations

Establish and maintain customer rapport
Determine problem specifics
Review documentation with customers
Analyze log files and customer networks
Create RMAs for customer sites

Assisting Customers and Creating Solutions

Create training materials and knowledgebase articles
Guide customers through product implementation
Provide expertise in camera and video technology
Assist in configuring Crestron Flex system

Experience & Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field
Minimum 4 years' experience in audio and video systems
Experience in Crestron programming and Tech support

Job Skills Requirements:

Knowledge of Microsoft product line and various programming software
Valid certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and Microsoft Product Certifications
Understanding of network security and cloud services
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
