    Job Description

    Are you a problem-solver with a passion for technology? We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our dynamic team at Crestron. As an Application Engineer, your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support through remote, telephone, or email channels. You will also be required to travel to customer locations when necessary to resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you will need to document all procedures thoroughly and ensure post-visit support is provided.

    As part of the support team, you will collaborate with the sales team, conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) as needed, and maintain strong customer relationships to demonstrate that Crestron stands by its clients every step of the way.

    • Build and maintain customer rapport
    • Identify and troubleshoot reported problems
    • Review documentation with customers
    • Analyze log files and customer networks
    • Create RMAs for customers
    • Assist in developing training materials
    • Provide expert advice on technology
    • Configure Crestron systems
    • Adapt to meet customer needs

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent

    - 4+ years of experience in audio and video systems

    - Proficiency in Crestron programming and tech support

    Skills:

    • Knowledge of Microsoft products
    • Proficiency in programming languages
    • Certifications in CCNA, CCNP, and Microsoft products
    • Understanding of network security and cloud technologies
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to troubleshoot and evaluate client issues
    • Team player with teaching abilities
    • Familiarity with AV industry standards
