- Develop and implement strategies to increase penetration across key geographies.
- Identify locations where the next fulfilment centres should be opened depending on the sales growth & future strategies.
- Responsible for analyzing, structuring and solving select business problems. Drive targeted demand efforts across our sales segments.
- Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure retention & acquisition goals are met
- 6+ years of experience of driving growth in a tech or Healthcare startup. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role is mandatory
- MBA / CA / Btech from IIT/IIM/ISB/CA/MDI will only be preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to deliver against short timelines in a fastpaced environment.
