    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Sales - Electronics industry to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the electronics industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets. The Head Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
    2. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
    3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
    5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    6. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
    7. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the electronics industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to travel extensively as required.
