Description
Position : Regional Sales Manager - Term Loans ( LAP )
Location : Chennai
Experience: 10-15yrs
Role & responsibilities
1.Ensure achievement of sales target by driving sales at the entire region.
2. Build, manage and promote relationship with DSAs in order to generate new customer leads
3. Manage and lead the DSTs at the branch
4. Interface with the customer and provide efficient service
5. Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch
6. Generate new leads through personal interactions with DSAs
7.Provide DSAs with information on documentation, KYC and other requirements from customers
8. Provide DSAs with information on the process of disbursement and indicative turnaround time Regularly update DSAs on the progress and status of application and disbursement . Coordinate between DSAs and Credit team during the credit evaluation process
9. Ensure direct coordination with the customer, whilst keeping DSAs in the loop, on sanction of loan
10.Inform and explain to DSAs when an application is rejected
11.Ensure that there are no integrity issues with empanelled DSAs and alert and blacklist, as appropriate
Preferred candidate profile
· Graduate / Post graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing
· Must have prior experience of 8+ years in Home Loans or Loan Against Property ( Prime Segment)
· Must have good knowledge of the locale
· Good Communication Skills
