    For our Operations Department at Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd. in Khed, Rajgurunagar, Pune - India, we are seeking a:

    • Production Supervisor - Machining

    Your Future Role:

    • Organizing production processes & systems following Maxion Systems, IATF & ISO standards
    • Ensuring safety at all times
    • Achieving functional & organizational KPIs
    • Ensuring process & product quality in all operations steps
    • Monitoring technological checks and operating phases to meet productivity standards
    • Managing a team of 30+ individuals
    • Participating in regulatory and customer audits, preparing the team for audits

    Your Profile:

    • B.E. in Mechanical/Metallurgy
    • 8-10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a preference for the wheels industry
    • Experience in CNC and VMC is a must
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a Matrix Organization
    • Conflict Management skills
    • Advanced Excel & presentation skills
    • Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
    • Ability to understand complex concepts and relationships between issues
    • Effective communication across the organization and confidence in interacting with senior leadership
    • Intellectual agility and readiness to tackle unfamiliar tasks
