    Job purpose:

    To grow the Personal Care & Pharma business in India as per strategy and manage existing business.

    About the job (Job Responsibilities)

    • Deliver budgeted sales (30%)
    • Identifying new growth opportunities for in India region (30%)
    • Build a strong relationship with MNCs and local / regional Key Accounts (25%)
    • Distributor Management – evaluating effectiveness and identifying potential new distributors as necessary (15%)

    Key Activities

    • Manage existing sales

    • Maintaining forecasts and CRM

    We believe you bring (Education & Experience)

    • 5-10 years in sales of Speciality Ingredients to Personal Care Industry with strong customer contacts in India essential. Exposure to Pharma excipients desirable
    • Graduate in Chemical Technology / Cosmetic Technology / Chemistry
    • Business qualification desirable
