Expertise Keywords: GenAI, LLM, Large Language Models, NLP and ML. Frameworks like NLTK,
scikit-learn spaCy, Gensim, PyTorch, Keras, HuggingFace, Cloud platform based Natural Language API
services like GCP, AWS, MS Azure, Text mining, Machine Learning algorithms and models, Neural
networks, Transformer based models like BERT. Python, data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy,
etc), data search and retrieval algorithms, large scale document processing, Strong knowledge in
Database / SQL, fundamentals of Data Science, probability, and statistics.

Within Advisory, PwC has a large team (Responsible Development Services) that focus on
transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who
desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate
will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of
time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Broad Role / Responsibilities
Broad role typically entails our resources to adopt problem solving approach to solve important client
problems and extend support in monitoring / managing large projects, involving following
responsibilities:
 6+years of professional experience with Large Language Models (Llama2, Mistral, etc.)/GenAI
technology like OpenAI API, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, Langchain, HuggingFace Transformers,
PyTorch and similar, 1+ years of experience with prompt engineering, 1+ years of experience
with vector database.
 Deep familiarity across the stack – compute infrastructure, ML frameworks, orchestration
layers, large language models, frameworks like LangChain for developing applications powered
by GenAI models, and MLOPs.
 Experience with GenAI models across training, inference, MLOPs, and/or developing GenAI
applications.
 Experience with data engineering techniques and different platforms including vector DB &
knowledge graphs.
 Experience training large models across compute types and developing applications powered by
GenAI models.
 Experience with prompt engineering and the ability to craft effective prompts for various
applications.
 Strong understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks such as BERT, GPT, or Transformer
models.
 Data Handling and Pre-processing – Develop and implement data pre-processing pipelines to
clean and transform large volume of unstructured text data.
 NLP Model Development and Evaluation – Design, Develop, and Fine-tune state-of-the-art
NLP models for tasks such as information extraction, text classification, machine translation,
chatbots, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, topic modelling, intent classification,
semantics-based similarity analysis, text generation, text summarization, etc.
 Strong collaboration with software engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless
integration and deployment of AI models.
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business
requirements into technical solutions

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
stakeholders at various levels.
 Track record of driving innovation and staying updated with the latest AI research and
advancements
 Continuous Learning and Model Optimization - Monitor and evaluate the performance of NLP
models in production based on performance metrics and new data.
 Drive MLOps and LLMops practices, covering continuous integration, deployment, and
monitoring of AI.
 Utilize tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git to build and manage AI pipelines.
 Collaboration and Communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
engineering, marketing, and product development. Communicate complex data findings in a
clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
 Keep abreast with emerging tools, techniques, and technologies in data science & machine
learning. Engage in self-improvement and continuous learning opportunities to maintain
expertise in the data science domain.
Nice to Have:
 Good understanding of Generative AI Technologies like large language models, computer vision
or reinforcement learning.
 Apply trusted AI practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI models
and systems
 Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment,
and monitoring of AI models.

Specific Past Work Experience Requirements
 2+ Years of relevant experience in Machine Learning and NLP projects.
 3 to 6 years of Consulting/Development experience in Emerging Technology Domain.
