    Description

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Develop a profound understanding of our customers and analyze existing customer journeys to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
    • Support in conducting user research, establishing success metrics, and guiding the strategy for prioritizing the product roadmap.
    • Engage closely with diverse teams as a product owner in agile scrum settings.
    • Track project progress, evaluate risks, and collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the process.
    • Analyze data structures to extract valuable insights and spot opportunities for improvement.
    • Aid in creating product requirement documents (PRDs) aligned with business needs.
    • Recognize integration touchpoints and interdependencies with domain systems.
    • Contribute to shaping and overseeing product roadmaps.
    • Foster effective collaboration with multifunctional teams, such as UX, engineering, content, and training.
    • Coordinate with analytics counterparts to assess business scenarios and platform performance.
    • Engage in rapid cycles of testing and iteration to refine product offerings.
    • Establish strong partnerships with colleagues and provide guidance across product, engineering, and business units.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Students in their final or third year of college are also eligible if they meet other criteria.
    • Preferably, possess at least 1 internship exposure in core product management, product analytics, ML operations, AI products, or UX research.
    • Demonstrate the ability to excel in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
    • Showcase outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Commit to a 6-month internship period.
    • Be available full-time for work. Remote positions are acceptable, although candidates open to onsite opportunities will be given preference.
