    Position summary:


    The Senior / Lead Hardware Validation Engineer is a senior level individual contributor/mentor role and would be reporting to the Manager - Validation & Automation .

    The role would be responsible for the overall architecture, design, setup and the delivery of the verification and validation of the proprietary PCBs at our client.

    The role would have a good exposure to state of the art analog electrical circuit design and an opportunity to work with some of the smartest electrical engineers Design, Setup and improve the electrical V&V processes

    • Responsible for the ontime execution and delivery of the electrical V&V
    • Responsible for establishing a culture of technical excellence
    • Responsible for the debug and resolution of any electrical issue with the product.
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining the test artefacts for reviews/audits.
    • Responsible for the development & mentoring junior engineers
    Required Skills:


    • Proven experience in creating test strategy, test plans and test cases to verify and validate a PCB's electrical design
    • Expert level understanding of analog electrical circuits & designs, layouts & components
    • Proven experience in designing test PCB boards and creating test infrastructure necessary to perform V&V on a PCB.
    • Good understanding of statistics
    • Proven experience in leading a small team
    • Good to have : Experience in test automation using Python / NI Bachelors / Masters / Phds in either Electrical/Electronics Engineering
    • 10+ years in testing analog & digital hardware. Notice period can be upto 45 days.
    • Work from office, Bangalore near Ulsoor.
    • BE, BTech or MTech only (In CS, IS, E&E, Electronics)
