    Description

    Minimum Qualifications :

    • Experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Payroll, with a focus on SF EC/EC Payroll modules.
    • Proven expertise in Indian Payroll regulations and processes.
    • Strong proficiency in both SF EC Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll.
    • Experience with full lifecycle implementations of SAP EC Payroll/SAP HCM Payroll, including design, build, configuration, and integration with business processes.
    • Solid understanding of data integration between EC and ECP, including PointtoPoint Replication and EC to On-Premise BIB/CPI Replication methods.
    • Indepth knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs (Payroll Control Records), postings to finance, and bank transfer setup.
    • Strong proficiency in SF EC Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll integration with EC/ECP (PointtoPoint Replication, EC onpremise BIB/CPI), Payroll Control Center, EC Time Off/ECP, WorkForce Services (WFS).
    • Expertise in payroll schemas, postings to General Ledger (G/L) accounts, and bank transfer setup.
    • Working knowledge of data integration concepts and practices.

    Desired Skills :

    • Very sound knowledge of Indian Payroll, including taxation, benefits, PCRs, Wage Type characteristics (Processing/Cumulation classes), payroll postings, statutory infotypes, payslip configurations, and statutory reports.
    • Ability to configure EC data models, workflows, MDF (Master Data Framework) alerts and business rules, benefits, time off/timesheets, and document templates.
    • Experience with Payroll Control Center, setting up payroll systems, data replication, and payment configuration.
    • Understanding of the performance management process in a global organization (considered a plus).
    • Strong leadership and comprehension skills to develop business documents and lead system support activities.
    • Proven experience in implementation, project management of HR technologies, support, process engineering/reengineering, and documentation creation.
    • Ability to work across cultures and build strong relationships in a global environment, fostering team coordination and knowledge sharing.
    • Certification in at least one of SF EC or ECP is highly desirable.
    • Experience with SF Compensation is a plus.
    • Participation in at least two successful HCM/Payroll implementations is preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, working independently and collaboratively.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities :

    • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their payroll and HR requirements.
    • Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Payroll and SF Payroll solutions to meet business needs.
    • Develop and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, and other payroll objects.
    • Integrate SAP HCM Payroll and SF Payroll with other HR and finance systems.
    • Configure and manage payroll control processes.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, adhering to Indian payroll regulations.
    • Generate and analyze payroll reports.
    • Provide ongoing support to HR and payroll users.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve payrollrelated issues.
    • Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest SAP HCM and SF Payroll functionality and best practices.
