- Has experience creating Sales Dev GTM Strategies: Knows how to create and implement strategies to generate leads and drive pipeline growth. This includes defining target markets, messaging, and outreach tactics.
- Is Analytical and Results Driven: Is skilled at analyzing data and metrics. Able to use data driven insights and decisions to set and communicate clearly define goals for each team (with a focus on driving revenue and marketing response time).
- Is Skilled at Process Optimization: Understands how to continuously improve and optimize sales development processes, from lead generation to qualification.
- Has Experience Managing a Budget: Experience managing Sales Development budgets specifically relating to tools, training, and personnel.

- Works well with Senior Leadership: Knows how to work with Sales and Marketing leaders on campaigns, plays and resources while building a strong and collaborative relationship with regional senior leadership team.
- Sees Mentoring, Training and Coaching as critical to each team's success: Will guide the SDE management team on improving their coaching and leadership skills.

The Senior Sales Development (SSD) Manager is responsible for managing a team of 3 Managers who are each responsible for between 6-9 Sales Development Engineers (SDEs)*. The SSD Manager will report directly to the Global Head of Sales Development.
The role will focus on generating a new pipeline for the Sales team as well as managing inbound activities and marketing campaigns. The SSD Manager will also work directly with Senior Sales and Marketing leadership.
*The role of a Sales Development Rep / Engineer (SDE/SDR) is to follow up on inbound and outbound activities, to schedule business meetings and calls with new and existing accounts and work in collaboration with the mid market and Enterprise sales teams.
