    KukuFM hosts hours of content across audiobooks stories booksummaries courses andpodcasts on itsplatform covering a wide range of genres from action and nonactionaudiobooksselfhelp education titlesentertainment mythology spirituality learning and inspirationsstoriespoems and evenjingles.


    RoleOverview:As a Senior BusinessAnalyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ourbusiness and brand.
    Leveraging databackedinsights you will guide our strategic direction focusing onoptimizing ourcontent offering and enhancingour monetization capabilities. Your work will ensure that wecontinue todeliver exceptional value to ourcreators and users while achieving our financial and growthobjectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:Conduct acomprehensive analysis of our content performance user engagementandmonetization channels to identify trendsopportunities and areas forimprovement.
    Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including Content Marketing Product and Financetodevelop strategies that align with ourbusiness goals and enhance our marketposition.
    Develop and maintain financialmodels and forecasts to support strategicdecisionmakinginvestment prioritization andresource allocation.
    Lead the design andimplementation of analytics dashboards and reporting tools tomonitor keyperformance indicators and driveactionable insights.
    Present findings andrecommendations to senior leadership providing a datadrivenperspectiveon how to optimize contentcreation distribution and monetizationefforts.
    Stay abreast of industry trendscompetitive landscape and technological advancementstoinform strategic planning andinnovation.

    Qualifications:Bachelorsdegree in Business Economics Finance Statistics or a related field.
    A Master sdegree or MBA from a tier Iinstitute is preferred.

    Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in business analysis strategy consulting or a relatedrolepreferably within the content media ordigital platform sectors.

    Strong analyticalskills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Python R)andexperience with business intelligenceplatforms (e.g. Tableau PowerBI).Demonstrated ability to translatecomplex data sets into clear actionable insights andstrategicrecommendations.
    Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability to influencestakeholders anddrive consensus acrossfunctions.
    A deep understanding of contentmonetization strategies and digital advertisingecosystems.
    Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing projects and delivering results in afastpaceddynamicenvironment.

    Browniepoints:Experience in digitalcontent products or consulting with a strong personal interest inbooksstories or other contentformats.
    Experience with user acquisitionretention and growth strategies insubscriptionbasedplatforms or OTTspace.
