    Description

    Human Resources – Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

    Job Location: Mumbai – Andheri West

    2nd and 4th Saturday off

    Job description

    This position is a combination of HR practices and Talent Acquisition. 60% responsibilities

    would be pertaining to Talent Acquisition and 40% to HR practices handling 4 group companies into different industries.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Recruitments

     Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

     Engage business leads/hiring managers regularly to resolve and clarify any

    recruitment delivery issues and fulfill manpower requirements within the stipulated

    time.

     Sourcing of profiles as per requirement from Job Portals / Social Networking Sites,

    etc.

     Scheduling and coordination of interviews.

    2. On-boarding

     Follow up with the selected candidates. Build timely connections with new joiners

    resulting in joining and retention.

     Handling pre and post-joining formalities.

    3. Employee Engagement and fun at work (Skip Levels, Townhalls)

     To provide multiple communication platforms and increase the levels of engagement

    within the organization.

     Planning and Managing employee recreational activities, trips, events, etc.

    4. Performance Management

     Managing Probation Period Reviews.

     Completing Annual Appraisals.

     Managing PIP

     Designing and implementing Performance driven work culture

    5. Training & Development

     Manage and coordinate Training programs.

    6. Attrition Management

     To increase employee satisfaction and retention, especially through non-monetary

    measures

     Maintaining cordial Employee relations.

    7. Employee Transactions

     To provide timely and satisfactory resolution to queries, including directing queries to

    the right owners.

    8. MIS

     To have a timely and accurate reporting of recruitments and engagements.

     Initiatives/Value Adds

     To add value by bringing in better practices and processes.

     Separation Management

    9. Managing Exits

     Exit Interviews and Analysis

    Desired Candidate Profile

     Excellent Communication skills with experience in non-IT recruitments.

     Ability to understand the requirements and create Job Descriptions in coordination

    with Hiring Managers.

     Hands-on experience in sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals and Social

    Networking Sites.

     Sound knowledge of different sources of recruitment.

     Ability to pre-screen the resume and qualify the candidates.

     Should be result-oriented, committed, proactive, flexible, quick learner with the

    ability to work under minimum supervision.

     Ability to work under tight deadlines and experience in handling multiple positions at

    a time.

     Ability to handle stress.

     Well-versed with HR Practices.

     Experience in Employee relations / Recreational Activities would be an added

    advantage
